2. No Insurance Coverage Created by Site Use
Submitting a request or receiving information through the Services does not create insurance coverage. Coverage is only created when an authorized insurer issues a policy and any required premium is paid and accepted, subject to the insurer’s underwriting requirements and policy terms.
3. Quote Requests, Referrals, and Partner Relationships
We may provide quote assistance, match you with licensed agents or agencies, transmit your request to insurance carriers or distributors, and share your information with partners that can provide quotes or related commercial services. We may receive compensation from partners for referrals, leads, or other performance based arrangements.
4. Communications and Consent
By providing a phone number or email address, you authorize us and our partners to contact you at the provided number or address regarding your request, quotes, and related services, including by calls, texts, and emails, using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We may still send service or legal notices.
5. Data Practices
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information, including disclosures that may be considered a sale or sharing under certain privacy laws. - Submitting false information or impersonating another person

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE QUOTE AVAILABILITY, PRICING, ELIGIBILITY, COVERAGE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
